These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by:

Operating as an independent yoga teacher and somatic practitioner (business registration pending) Contact: contact.julietleger@gmail.com By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Services include but are not limited to: Yoga classes (online and in-person) 1:1 somatic sessions Workshops Retreats (international) Digital content and online programs All services are offered for educational and wellness purposes only. They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
2. Payments Payments may be made via: Wise PayPal Bank transfer Stripe A booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit) has been received. Clients are responsible for any transaction or currency conversion fees.
3. Deposits & Retreat Bookings Retreats require a deposit to secure your place. Deposits are non-refundable unless the spot is filled by another participant. Remaining balances must be paid by the communicated deadline. If payment is not completed, the reservation may be cancelled.
4. Cancellation Policy 1:1 Sessions 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Retreats Cancellations more than 45 days before start date: refundable minus deposit (unless spot is filled). Cancellations within 45 days: non-refundable unless the spot is filled. Travel costs are always the participant’s responsibility.
5. Personal Responsibility & Health Disclaimer By participating, you confirm: You are physically and mentally fit to participate. You understand yoga and somatic practices involve physical movement and emotional processes. You voluntarily assume all risks. You agree to inform the facilitator of any relevant medical conditions.
6. Liability Limitation To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juliet Leger Mairry shall not be liable for: Injury sustained during participation Loss or theft of personal belongings Travel disruptions Indirect or consequential damages Participation is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property All materials (meditations, recordings, PDFs, course materials, branding) remain the intellectual property of Juliet Leger Mairry. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
8. Governing Law Until formal registration is completed, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider’s current tax residency.
